Our sculptural candles are designed to be both decorative and functional. While many enjoy them as statement pieces, they can also be burned with care. To keep them looking their best and ensure safe use, please follow this care guide:

• Always place your candle on a flat surface such as plate, tray, or suitable candleholder before lighting. A ceramic, metal or glass plate works well.
• Never leave burning candles unattended, blow out the candle when you leave the room.
• Avoid placing candles on or near TV cabinets, electrical devices or flammable objects.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not use candles as night lights or when you might fall asleep.
• Trim the wick to 1 cm before each burn to ensure a steady flame and reduce smoke.
• Allow your pillar candle to burn for at least 1 hour to form an even melt pool, but avoid burning for more than 3 hours at a time. To get the best performance and to avoid tunnelling, let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn.
• When the wax is 1 cm from the base, stop burning and discard the candle.
• Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its shape and colour.
