What is your shipping rate?
- $10.00 flat rate for standard delivery Australia wide (2-6 business days)
- $18.00 flat rate for Express Post (1-3 business days)
- Free standard delivery on orders over $120 within Australia
All orders are shipped via Australia Post (tracked Standard Shipping/Express Post). Orders are shipped from Freshwater NSW.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside Australia.
How long until I receive my order?
It may take between 4 to 12 days for you to receive your order. If we don't have it in stock, your candle will be made to order. It may take up to 5 days for your order to be processed, plus delivery time.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If your order has not already been shipped, we can fix that for you! Please send us an email at hello@ivorysun.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our sculptural candles, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If eligible, we will gladly offer a replacement once we receive the damaged product back.
Why is there a difference in the colour of my soy candles?
Our candles are made using 100% natural soy wax, which is derived from soybeans. Because soy is a natural, plant-based material, slight variations in colour can occur from batch to batch. These differences are normal and are part of what makes natural products unique. If you ordered a scented candle, the essential oils may also slightly change the colour of the soy wax.
