SHIPPING
- $10.00 flat rate for Standard Delivery Australia wide.
- $18.00 flat rate for Express Post
- Free standard delivery on orders over $120 within Australia.
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post (tracked Standard Shipping/Express Post). Orders are shipped from Freshwater NSW.
PROCESSING TIME
Once an order is placed, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. If we don't have it in stock, your candle will be made to order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel via auspost.com.au/track. If you haven't received an email from us after placing an order, please check your spam/junk folder.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been shipped, it may take 2 to 6 business days to be delivered for Standard Shipping. For Express Post, estimated time is 1 to 3 business days. Please note, delivery times may vary based on your location and during peak periods.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once your order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Ivory Sun is not liable for:
- Return-to-sender parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery issues, customers are responsible for any re-shipping costs.
- Parcels lost or stolen from unsafe delivery locations.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our sculptural candles, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. All of our creations are carefully inspected to make sure they meet our quality requirements. As our products are all handmade in small batches, small imperfections, such as slight variations in texture or colour and small air bubbles, are part of the natural beauty of artisan work. These are not considered a fault but a unique feature to each of our creations and won't affect, in any way, the normal use of the product.
However, if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If eligible, we will gladly offer a replacement once we receive the damaged product back.
